This week while reading the materials and watching the videos I learned several great lessons and actions that I need to implement in my professional life. I learned that great leaders have great friends and surround themselves with those who have a positive influence in their lives. I also learned that when faced with challenges, an enormous opportunity is presented and as an entrepreneur I can find my calling and do what I love in order to solve those challenges. I really enjoyed the talk that Elder Bednar gave on being academically honest and to also strive to really learn from the college courses I am taking and not just trying to achieve an easy 'A' or just do the minimum to pass a course. I need to have integrity in my academic career because that will reflect in my professional career as well.
